What type of bedding is provided in the accommodation?
Pillows and blankets are supplied in all accommodation and bed linen and towels can be pre-booked, please call for information. Duvets are not provided. The convertible sofa bed in the living area converts into a double bed so double bedding is recommended if you are intending to use this.
What is included in a linen pack and can I add it at any time to my booking?
A linen pack includes 1 bath towel, 2 single sheets and 1 pillowcase per single pack, 2 bath towels, 2 double sheets and 2 pillowcases per double pack. It can be added right up until 24 hours before departure. Double £15, single £9 per set. Also new for 2008 are beach towels - available for hire at just £8 for two! Available on all sites except in Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia, Portugal and Sicily. Call us to pre-book or for more information.
Will a cot fit in one of the bedrooms in mobile homes?
It will definitely fit in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom in all of the following models: Villagrand (all models), Villanova, Villaclassic, Grand 34 (3 bed). In accommodation where this is not possible the living area will have to be used. Please see page 179 of the main brochure under the section ‘cots’ for more details.
What is included in a Welcome Pack and how much is it?
For just £6, you can pre-book a Welcome Pack up to 4 weeks before departure to provide you with essentials for your 1st night. A pack contains 2 x 500ml bottles of water, a bottle of red wine (75cl), 2 cartons of fruit juice, sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, whitener and sugar. As well as a toilet roll, tea towel, dish cloth, scourer, washing up liquid, bin liner, bar of hand soap and matches.
What equipment is provided in my accommodation?
Please select “accommodation” from the main menu or check page 21 in our main brochure for more information. Plus, more information will be provided in your Holiday Guide.
Is air conditioning in every room in the mobile homes?
Air conditioning is situated in the main living area of mobiles where pre-booked (on selected sites and in selected accommodation only).
Can I use electrical appliances in my accommodation?
In tent accommodation there will always be a spare English socket available however due to the variable nature of power supply on sites these should only be used for low power items e.g. phone chargers and never for heat generating elements. In mobile home accommodation, sockets are available for normal use although some have a continental socket so an adaptor is useful.
When can I get into my accommodation and when do I have to vacate it?
Accommodation will be ready from 3pm. On most sites, if you arrive before 3pm, you cannot go into your accommodation but can make use of site facilities. You must vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure although you can still use the site facilities, including the shower blocks, for the rest of the day.
Can friends & family join us for part of our stay?
As long as accommodation & site restrictions are adhered to, other people can join you on site - see page 180 in our main brochure for costs. You must notify us of all amendments to your party members before departure.
