The cost of travelling without adequate insurance cover can be high, not only financially, but also in terms of disruption to your holiday. The Europ Assistance policies, available through Keycamp, are designed to cover you properly.

To give you total peace of mind during your holiday we have arranged insurance through Voyager Insurance Services Ltd and underwritten through Europ Assistance Holdings Ltd, Europe’s leading assistance organisation.

Should you require help, calling their 24 hr emergency line is all it takes to put a team of multi-lingual co-ordinators, doctors, nurses, legal advisors and travel consultants into action.

As well as making good sense, it is a condition of booking that you either take out our travel insurance, or prove that you already have adequate cover in place.

Our Personal Plus insurance policy gives you a higher level of cover.

Our Plus policies give increased benefit levels and fewer excesses. The Personal Plus cover for example offers increased baggage and medical cover, whilst Breakdown Plus provides greater cover for car hire. We strongly recommend Breakdown Plus if you have a large car or have a long way to travel.

Our Annual policy gives you cover all year round.

Annual insurance polices are perfect if you plan to take 2 or more holidays this year and, with prices from £48.95, offer great value and peace of mind all year round. Our Annual insurance covers you for travel other than with Keycamp.

While motoring on the continent can be a wonderful experience, it could become quite the opposite if your car lets you down. So we recommend that unless you already have breakdown cover for mainland Europe, you request one of our cost-effective packages.

Equipment damage waiver

£14.50 per party

In order to maintain a high standard of equpment on sites, you will be asked to pay £100 per party damage deposit on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, with deductions for any breakages or lost items. Alternatively, your liability may be waived if you request the Equipment Damage Waiver (£14.50 per party for 31 days) when booking.
