Booking Procedure

You must supply us with your flight number and arrival time to guarantee your car hire is available should your flight be delayed. We reserve the right to use alternative car hire companies when necessary.

Important Information

Drivers must produce a full UK/Irish Driving Licence (some countries require no endorsements) held for at least one year (two years in Spain or Croatia). The minimum age for drivers is generally 21, but varies from country to country. A charge may apply to drivers under 25 years old who may also be unable to rent some car groups. Call for details.

When collecting your car you will need a valid credit card, which must be in the name of the driver. An alternative similar car may be substituted subject to demand. Car hire suppliers may not be open for collection or drop-off on Sundays in some destinations. Please check with us at time of booking if this is likely to affect you. Save money with our Excess Reimbursement Protection

Standard Collision Damage Waiver still leaves you liable for an excess, which means you must still pay the first amount of any damage. This is usually at least £300 and often more, unless you pay a local supplement of around €10 per day for Super Collision Damage Waiver.

We can offer you an attractively priced alternative insurance policy that reimburses the excess that you have to pay, up to a maximum of £1,000 for each and every loss. The policy is arranged by Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. and is underwritten by White Horse Insurance Ireland Limited.

Airport transfers from as little as £27.50 Each Way* per vehicle

Customers who choose to fly to their destination may want to pre-arrange an airport transfer as an alternative to hiring a car. Keycamp are now able to organise transfers from your arrival airport to selected campsites. Just look out for the icon on our site pages. Click here to book a transfer.

Your flight will be met by a driver and you will then be driven direct to the campsite. No waiting in busy taxi queues and no multiple drop-offs.

You can also choose to book the return journey, giving you peace of mind in the knowledge that you will be picked up from the campsite in plenty of time to check-in at the airport.
