The Tour de France is the world's best-known cycling race, a month long road race that covers a circuit of most areas around France, and sometimes neighbouring countries. The race is broken into stages – these are individual races from one town to another. The time taken by cyclists to complete each stage becomes a cumulative total in order to decide the outright winner at the end of the Tour. Around 20-22 teams of 9 riders each take part.
This year the Tour de France starts in London so what better than to watch the beginning of the race on British soil then follow the tour to France with our campsites situated perfectly for the stages of the race.
The Tour passes the following Keycamp campsites at various stages of the race:

Berny Riviére, Paris (Stage 3 Waregem > Compiègne)
Lac de Chalain, Jura and the Alps (Stage 6 Semur-en-Auxois > Bourg-en-Bresse)
Canadel, Côte d'Azur (Stage 10 Tallard > Marseille)
Marseillan Plage, Languedoc (Stage 11 Marseille > Montpellier)
Sarlat, Dordogne (Stage 18 Cahors > Angoulême)
Marennes, Royan (Stage 19 Cognac > Angoulême)
Paris International (Stage 20 Marcoussis > Paris Champs-Élysées)
